I love food- I like to think of myself as a foodie. Whether that’s cooking, eating out, or getting a take away… I’m all about that!
Food is such a HUGE part of our lives, we need it to survive. What you eat dictates your mood and energy and that’s what makes it an important segment of self-care.
So here, we will talk about cooking where we will share tips and recipes. I also love adventuring out to new food places all the time too, so I will blog a few of my favourite places. We will also talk about diets and lifestyles- what we’ve tried and what has worked for us.
